Oroville, California photographer Cindy Quigley has always been immersed in the colors and textures of living in the West. Every day has been an opportunity to experience a life of leather, wood, water and the landscape of ranching and raising a family where the Feather River flows down from the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. Photography allows her to share with great clarity and detail the world she sees. Her special gift is in capturing the simplicities and complexities of things around her, that others may simply pass by.

After a beginning of high school photography classes, Cindy Quigley purchased her first Olympus OM1 camera. She developed her brand CMQ Photography soon after.
Her work has been featured in the book ‘Go West, The Risk and The Reward’ published by Range Conservation Foundation and Range Magazine. She has been selected to exhibit at OutWest Boutique and Cultural Center and Santa Clarita City Hall during the annual Santa Clarita Cowboy Festival. Her work is regularly featured at www.cowboypoetry.com , and in 2015 she was presented with the Speakers Choice Award at Shooting The West in 2015.
